ArkNest - ASA Server Manager

The problem

ARK: Survival Ascended server administrators had no modern tooling to match the complexity of what they were managing. Existing solutions were outdated, fragile, or required significant technical knowledge just to get a server running - let alone keep it stable, install mods, or cluster multiple servers together. The gap between what the game demanded and what the tools offered was significant.

What we built

Built ArkNest end-to-end as a desktop application using Electron and TypeScript, with a deliberate focus on the onboarding and configuration experience. The architecture was designed so that common tasks - deploying a server, installing mods, configuring clusters - required as few steps as possible. A dashboard gives administrators a clear, real-time picture of what's running and what isn't. Payments and licensing were handled through Stripe, keeping the business model clean from the start.
